How it all started...
On February 7, 1999 by the inspiration and direction of God, Pastor Anthony and Shelli Sizemore began the work of New Covenant Apostolic Church in their home in Chillicothe, Ohio. During the first year the church relocated In April to the Y.M.C.A., and again later to a little storefront on Bridge Street. New Covenant continued to grow and now longed for a building of their own. Finally, In April of 2000, the church building and an additional spare lot were purchased. In April of 2021, another property located directly next door to the church was purchased. Once that property was cleaned up, it has been used for additional parking.
New Covenant has continued to worship at this location for over 25 years. During this time many have come to know the Lord through repentance, baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Anthony and Shelli Sizemore continue to pastor New Covenant Apostolic Church. As New Covenant continues to grow and increase numerically and spiritually, we look forward to the plans God has for this growing congregation.
